| Charles W. Elliott He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Environment and Energy Section. He is admitted to practice before federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third Circuit and District of Columbia Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He holds various positions in civic and non-profit organizations, including the Planning Commission, City of Easton, Pennsylvania (1986-present; Chairman, 2005-present),Clean Water Action, Inc., Pennsylvania State Steering Committee, the Environmental Advisory Council of the City of Easton, Pennsylvania, and is a Trustee, Tibetan Buddhist Learning Center, Washington, NJ. He is a also a member of various environmental and human rights organizations, including Clean Water Action, Earthjustice, Natural Resources Defense Council, Oxfam International, Human Rights Watch, Save Darfur Coalition, Human Rights First, Amnesty International USA, USA for United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and the International Rescue Committee. He holds a Certification, National Incident Management System (NIMS), IS-700 (2006), a Certification in Wilderness First Aid, (SOLO Program) and a Certification in First Aid from the American Red Cross.
Thomas R. Elliott He is admitted to the practice of law in all courts of the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System (the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the Superior Court of Pennsylvania; the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania; all Common Pleas courts); the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association; the American Planning Association; the Pennsylvania Bar Association (section member for Real Estate and Probate Law and Municipal Law); and the Northampton County Bar Association. He is an approved attorney for Penn Attorneys Title Insurance Company to issue title insurance to owners and mortgage lenders.
